Leadership
Perry Bell, President & CEO
Perry’s experience ranges from starting on supply assembly with studio electronics company Alesis in Southern California. He created a multi-state arboriculture company that worked in the commercial and residential sector. That company continued to operate when he was asked to join a national residential window replacement company. There, he worked on business development, marketing and sales, and finally as President. This led to the creation of a financial model that reduced energy demand and fixed costs for businesses. Perry then formed a solar energy company and grew it into a multi-market provider of solar power solutions. Through bundled project sales, Perry recognized the clear direction of the industry’s move towards energy reduction through energy efficient lighting. Perry founded NetZero USA® specifically to deliver these solutions to market and has grown it into a nationwide provider of commercial LED lighting.
Drew Sinclair, Chief Financial Officer
Drew has 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, start-ups & entrepreneurial small to medium size business. In his current day-to-day role as CFO, Mr. Sinclair oversees the finances of NetZero USA® and directs the overall financial strategy of the company. Drew concurrently held the same position at sister company Solar Energy USA through 2017. Prior to Solar Energy USA, Drew served as CFO and Vice President of Finance for a national residential window replacement company. Additionally, he served as a member of the advisory board for the company. Drew is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Cheryl Flynn, VP of Operations
Cheryl started her career in manufacturing as an electronic technical for Westinghouse at their Nuclear Turbine Division. After five years Cheryl changed career paths and joined American Processing that provided inventory management and customized software to the grocery industry. The company quickly grew to $30MM per year in revenue managing 65MM items per year. She oversaw the company’s operations, business development, development of proprietary software, inventory and project management for 13 locations in 9 states, and finally as President. After 20 years, Cheryl changed career paths and joined NetZero USA®. Cheryl’s primary responsibilities are to oversee operations including administration, warehousing, lighting audits, installations, and client proposals. Cheryl graduated with a BA degree in Accounting from High Point College in NC and an Associates degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from GTCC in Greensboro, NC.
